Jake Sucher is a Los Angeles based guitarist, composer, and educator. You can read an extensive interview with Voyage LA Magazine here.
He is the main compositional force behind the avant-jazz quartet Snow Nerds, whose debut album Gup Life was released on jazz label Orenda Records. Following the album’s release the band was voted the Deli LA’s Artist of the Month for July 2017.
"Snow Nerds has a bright, zippy sound and a warm sense of humor...[they] have an excellent rapport, and Sucher’s knotty melodies leave plenty of room for some excellent improvisation.”

In 2015 Jake was invited to participate in an artist residency at No Lugar Arte Contemporaneo in Quito, Ecuador where he collaborated with artists from around the world and premiered original composition and sound design.
